Rental Terms and Conditions:

To rent a vehicle from us, you must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience. When picking up your vehicle, you'll need to provide valid documents such as your passport or ID card and driver's license. We'll photocopy and file these documents for your convenience. You'll also sign a contract outlining the rental price, additional services, deposit rates, and return time.

Our car rental prices include taxes, comprehensive Kasko insurance, and unlimited mileage, unless otherwise stated during promotional pricing. The rental period covers 24 hours from pickup, with an extra 1-hour grace period for returns. We accept payment in Euros or Dinar counter value, according to Intesa Bank of Serbia's buying rate, either in cash or via payment cards (VISA, MASTER, AMEX).

A deposit is required upon vehicle pickup, which varies depending on your chosen vehicle, with a minimum of €200. We offer deposit reductions for our loyal customers. For individuals under 25, the deposit is doubled, with a minimum of €500. Please note that AR Rent A Car reserves the right to adjust deposit amounts and may refuse rental based on their discretion. You can pay the deposit in any currency in proportion to the Euro exchange rate.

Insurance Options:

Our rental price includes Kasko insurance with coverage equal to the deposit amount. In the event of an accident or car theft, your liability will be equivalent to the deposit paid, with a minimum of €200. For added peace of mind, we offer full insurance with a surcharge based on your vehicle's class, details of which can be found on our website during booking. With full insurance, you won't be responsible for any damage or theft, provided you return the required documents and keys. Please note that full insurance excludes damages to the vehicle's interior, such as stains, burns, scratches, or other surface damage.

Travel Beyond Serbia's Borders:

If you plan to venture outside the Republic of Serbia, please inform us in advance, as we must provide authorization for the vehicle. This service incurs a €30 tax fee.

Convenient Pickup and Return:

Our branches at Belgrade Airport "Nikola Tesla" and Niš "Konstantin Veliki" are open from 07:00 to 24:00. Pre-booked pickups or returns 30 minutes before or after these hours are free of charge. However, pickups or returns between 00:31 and 01:00 and from 04:30 to 06:30 incur an additional charge of €15 plus VAT. For pickups or returns between 01:00 and 04:30, there is an additional charge of €30 plus VAT.
