Our journey began in 1987 when Rent a Bike was founded with 1300 basic bicycles. Over the years, we've continually provided unforgettable cycling experiences for residents and tourists alike. Fast forward 35 years, and we now offer over 5,000 bikes, including e-bikes and e-mountain bikes. Thanks to our dedicated distribution partners, we maintain a presence in all Swiss tourist regions, with a total of 150 rental stations in 2022.

Key Milestones:

1987: We won the SBB tender for operating the "rental bike at the station" with an innovative concept.
2001: We conducted a pilot test for e-bike rentals with 50 e-bikes in the Three Lakes Region.
