Basic comprehensive insurance with a 10% damage participation fee.
Theft insurance (TP) is available for an extra charge.
Super CDW-Full Comprehensive Insurance covers vehicle body damage without any participation fee.
Please note that a police report is necessary to make an insurance claim, so it's crucial to report any incidents promptly to avoid additional charges.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, follow these steps:

Notify the police and SAFE Rent a Car immediately.
Collect information about the incident and involved parties.
Complete an accident/damage report when returning the vehicle.
Provide a brief statement describing the accident's causes and circumstances.
Please be aware that the deposit will be held until a police report is submitted and a damage assessment is completed in the event of an accident.

Do not operate our vehicles under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substances impairing your judgment. In such cases, insurance coverage is void, and you are liable for the full damage or theft amount.
Only registered drivers or additional drivers listed in the rental contract may operate our vehicles. Unauthorized use voids insurance coverage, with the listed driver assuming full responsibility for any damage or theft.
When reserving a vehicle with us, you select a vehicle group from our diverse fleet. While we aim to provide your chosen vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle from the same group if your preferred choice is unavailable.
