Expaty is a network of local destination platforms for people considering or building a life somewhere new. This website presents the network and its destinations. Each destination has its own portal.

Expaty is not a real estate agency and does not carry out real estate intermediation. For developers of new-build projects, Expaty is a marketing platform: we give projects a dedicated presence within our destination platforms and run international campaigns to them. We don’t advise buyers, negotiate or handle transactions. Projects we promote are clearly marked as featured on our platforms.
